Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health of the organization
- Lead and manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
