We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead and inspire our dynamic Finance team at our Kuala Lumpur Headquarters.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management for the headquarters. This includes overseeing financial planning and analysis, management reporting, statutory compliance, treasury, and internal controls. You will ensure strict adherence to MFRS, Malaysian tax laws, and corporate governance standards. Beyond technical stewardship, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing actionable insights that guide major business decisions and drive profitable growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, management reporting, and statutory compliance for the headquarters.
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning processes.
- Drive the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with MFRS and Group policies.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions and investments.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian taxation, and Companies Act requirements.
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
