Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance management
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial planning with business objectives
- Implement robust financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience in manufacturing or trading sectors
- Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) with English proficiency
- Expertise in Malaysian GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with VBA skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Proven track record in leading finance teams and driving process improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
