PT Jiahao Foods Asia is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting processes, and driving strategic financial planning. As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a vital role in bridging communication between our headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating smooth business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Conduct regular cost control analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Business level) and English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPN, PPh) and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
