We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for TIA Indonesia. Based at the prestigious Baywalk Mall Jakarta, you will be the key financial steward responsible for overseeing the entire accounting cycle, ensuring strict compliance with PCAOB audit requirements, and managing complex tax regulations. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent Mandarin proficiency to effectively bridge communication gaps between international stakeholders and local management.
In this capacity, you will drive financial planning and analysis, prepare accurate financial statements, and lead the finance team towards operational excellence. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can navigate the complexities of regulatory environments while ensuring the financial integrity of the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes for TIA Indonesia.
- Manage and coordinate PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) audit requirements, ensuring full compliance with international standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and PPh reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and manage budget variances.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth compliance and audit preparation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and optimize financial systems and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCRA certification is highly preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing; ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin regarding financial matters.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accounting role.
- Strong technical knowledge of PCAOB standards and audit procedures.
- Extensive experience with Indonesia’s corporate tax laws and tax compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
