Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including reporting, costing, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Lead and develop the finance team through effective supervision and mentorship
- Manage taxation compliance and optimize tax strategies for manufacturing operations
- Analyze production costs and implement cost control measures
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies with business goals
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in manufacturing
- Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian taxation laws and regulations
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
