Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily financial, accounting, and controlling operations at the manufacturing facility.
- Lead the cost accounting function, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal corporate governance.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site finance and accounting team to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
