Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations for the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across the supply chain and production lines.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure a robust internal control environment and compliance with local statutory requirements and group policies.
- Direct cash flow planning, working capital management, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital investment evaluation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business partnership mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage for liaising with diverse teams.
