Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in finance management, with 3+ years in manufacturing/plant environment
- Proven experience leading financial analyst teams and developing strategic financial plans
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders
