In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company, handling the full set of accounts, and ensuring accurate statutory reporting. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior management with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will ensure strict compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and internal control policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with local tax laws and MSF/IFRS standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, specifically tailored for property development projects and cost management.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and handle treasury functions.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Conduct monthly and annual audits, liaising effectively with external auditors.
- Implement robust financial controls and internal processes to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, with a strong preference for candidates from the Property Development or Construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of property development accounting principles, including progress payments and project costing.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
