Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances to support decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury functions, and banking relations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of store-level P&L statements to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, providing coaching and setting performance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and leading finance teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of local financial regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
