Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage and optimize SAP FI/CO modules to ensure efficient financial operations
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide financial insights
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with 2+ years in FP&A
- Proven expertise in SAP FI/CO modules and financial systems
- Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
