KLN Logistics is seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring rigorous compliance with local regulations, and driving strategic financial planning to support scalable business growth.
As part of our dynamic team in Hougang, you will manage a diverse portfolio of financial activities, ranging from high-level strategic analysis to day-to-day treasury management. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively bridge the gap between complex financial data and business strategy to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage regional financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards (ACRA) and corporate governance policies across all SEA & Oceania entities.
- Manage regional accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to drive cost optimization and support expansion projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support logistics operations and strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior finance staff.
- Deep understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks specific to Singapore and the SEA & Oceania region.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and other business intelligence tools.
