Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, tax, treasury, and internal controls
- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, mitigate risks, and support business objectives
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting requirements while optimizing tax efficiencies
- Lead treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, and risk assessment
- Provide strategic financial advisory to senior management and support decision-making processes
Kualifikasi
- Mandatory Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
- Experience in listed company environment is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum 8+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop finance teams
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
