As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and implementing strategies to drive cost efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and oversee the month-end close process to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and balance sheets.
- Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets and forecasts for spa and retail operations.
- Analyze operational costs, inventory turnover, and revenue streams to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and local regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance management role within the retail, hospitality, or spa industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- In-depth knowledge of P&L analysis, variance reporting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
