St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the comprehensive financial operations of our Extension Clinic. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the primary steward of the clinic's fiscal health, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and robust financial planning. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive sustainable growth and excellence in patient care delivery.
The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting proficiency with strong analytical and managerial skills. You will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls, fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility while supporting the unique mission of St. Luke's in delivering world-class medical services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end financial operations of the Extension Clinic, including accounting, billing, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulatory standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, variance analysis, and long-term financial forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls to safeguard clinic assets and ensure compliance with tax and healthcare industry regulations.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor operational performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.
- Provide expert financial guidance and reporting to the executive management team to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; a CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within the healthcare or clinical sector.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage financial systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high levels of integrity.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with diverse clinical and operational teams.
