Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire finance department, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS).
- Manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively to support operational needs.
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement robust internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic recommendations for business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote location with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
