Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and international financial reporting standards.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic insights to management regarding cost control, profitability analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Supervise the HR and Administrative functions, ensuring HR policies, payroll management, and facility operations are executed effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors.
  • Implement and improve internal control systems to mitigate business and financial risks.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives to align administrative workflows with company-wide growth objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA).
  • Proven experience (min. 5+ years) in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity overseeing HR or Administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, statutory reporting, and employment legislation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage due to regional collaboration.
  • Strong ethical standards and a proactive approach to operational problem-solving.
