Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Mandarin-speaking financial communications with clients, vendors, and partners
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Coordinate audits and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements
- Support cross-departmental financial analysis and decision-making
- Act as primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
