This is a pivotal role that combines high-level financial oversight with the day-to-day coordination of office administrative functions.
As the Finance & Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that our full-set accounts are accurate, payroll is processed punctually, and the office environment remains conducive to productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and prepare financial reports.
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, and leave management.
- Coordinate daily office administrative operations, including procurement of supplies and facilities management.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as required.
- Support management with budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and expense tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar Finance/Office Manager role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local taxation (GST).
- Proven experience in handling payroll and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.
