Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and BIR taxes.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow projections.
- Develop and implement internal control policies to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the company’s external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a Finance Officer or similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
- Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and government mandates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
