In this critical role, you will be the cornerstone of our accounting and finance operations. You will oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensure the integrity of financial reports, and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards (BIR, SEC, and other statutory bodies). You will be responsible for establishing robust internal controls, streamlining financial processes, and leading a high-performing accounting team to achieve organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in general accounting, financial analysis, and team supervision. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills are essential. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management review and external audit requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws (BIR), local government requirements, and statutory regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Establish, implement, and monitor internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and drive process improvements within the finance department to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff, ensuring high standards of work quality and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions during audits and transactions.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or officer-level role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS/PFRS), tax laws (BIR regulations), and financial reporting best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in handling confidential financial information.
