Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for management review
- Process payroll and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial systems
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
