Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking activities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust financial controls
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial management or accounting roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
