Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial transactions, records, and reporting systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian financial regulations
