Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment scheduling
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow operations
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
- Implement and improve financial control systems to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous
