Join FKS Group as a Finance Officer and become a pivotal member of our financial operations team. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow
- Monitor financial transactions for compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial evidence
- Process employee expense reimbursements and vendor payments
- Implement and improve financial controls to minimize risks and enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik or equivalent) preferred
