Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring all statements are compliant with local regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, providing variance analysis and forecasting support.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning and business goals.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- CPA license or at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Finance Officer or Accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
