As our Finance Officer, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and budget forecasts for management review.
- Oversee petty cash transactions and ensure proper liquidation and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing, payments, and service invoices.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, local government, and internal financial policies.
- Maintain organized and systematic filing of all financial and tax-related records.
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency.
- Monitor project-based costs related to fiber installation and maintenance operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of accounting software and financial management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Santa Ana, Manila.
