Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze comprehensive cash flow statements and reports on a regular basis.
- Perform daily cash accountability reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy in financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlement of obligations.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports and audit schedules.
- Monitor treasury functions and coordinate with banks for operational requirements.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly to maintain ledger integrity.
- Support the finance manager in tax compliance and statutory report preparations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documentation and transaction proofs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related Business field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in financial reporting, treasury, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying numerical errors.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- High integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive financial information.
