Kalman Marketing Agency is seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring timely revenue collection and maintaining the financial health of our agency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including generating invoices and processing payments.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Monitor client accounts to identify overdue payments and proactively manage collections.
- Prepare periodic aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial functions) is essential.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience with accounting software is a significant advantage.
