Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and initiate follow-up on overdue payments
- Prepare monthly financial statements and AR aging analyses
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Support month-end closing processes and financial audits
- Implement process improvements for AR efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain customer credit files and payment terms documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
