In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Australian business clients, ensuring seamless financial operations and exceptional service delivery. You will lead client relationships, manage outsourced accounting teams, and drive performance to meet and exceed client expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the lead liaison for AU clients, managing expectations and ensuring high satisfaction
- Oversee outsourced finance teams handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with Australian taxation laws, including BAS, GST, and income tax
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in year-end closing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with AU clients
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating remote teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
