Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance manager in month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or finance support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Simpang Ampat, Penang.
