Growve Inc. is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Finance Officer to join our dynamic team in Pasay City. As our Finance Officer, you will be the backbone of our financial compliance and reporting processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring our books are pristine and that we remain fully compliant with local regulatory requirements. This is a mid-shift position with an urgent requirement for an ASAP start. You will work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in the accounting space.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with BIR regulations, including the timely filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
- Maintain and update financial records using cloud-based accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow tracking to ensure operational liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer, Bookkeeper, or Accountant (at least 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks or Xero.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR filing procedures is essential.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working a mid-shift schedule.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
