Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Support the finance operations for the cloud programme, analyzing variance and identifying discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with public sector financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and reporting deadlines.
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, with a preference for public sector or cloud environment experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of government financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
