HFG (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a meticulous Finance Operation Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, spanning the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
In this position, you will be at the heart of our financial ecosystem, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined cash management, and rigorous reconciliation processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and credit control management.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) with precision, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform comprehensive bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the finance team in cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional accounting qualification like ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in financial operations or general accounting.
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of full-cycle accounting, including GL, AR, and AP workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Effective communication skills with fluency in English; ability to collaborate across different departments and regions.
