SANY Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Operation Manager to join our team in Petaling Jaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage daily cash flow activities and liquidity planning to ensure operational continuity.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Lead contract management processes to ensure alignment with corporate financial policies and regional regulations.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with statutory and corporate reporting standards.
- Collaborate effectively with department heads and regional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance operations or accounting management, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of integrity.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting tight month-end and year-end deadlines.
