SANY Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Operation Manager to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, overseeing day-to-day operations while driving process improvements to support our rapid growth in the construction and heavy machinery industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable management, and cash flow optimization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
  • Manage daily cash flow activities and liquidity planning to ensure operational continuity.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Lead contract management processes to ensure alignment with corporate financial policies and regional regulations.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with statutory and corporate reporting standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with department heads and regional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance operations or accounting management, preferably within an MNC environment.
  • Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of integrity.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting tight month-end and year-end deadlines.
