Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Process and reconcile outlet balance adjustments with flexible scheduling
- Assist in financial reporting and statement preparation
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Support month-end closing processes and audits
- Implement process improvements for financial operations efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance operations or administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of Indonesian financial regulations
