Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and review accurate financial reports and statements.
- Oversee cost tracking mechanisms to ensure strict compliance with budget and financial policies.
- Perform rigorous data reconciliation to resolve discrepancies and maintain comprehensive audit trails.
- Streamline operational finance processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages.
- Maintain and update financial documentation and records in accordance with company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the finance operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance operations or accounting support roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and senior management.
