Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to play a pivotal role in a major cloud transformation initiative? Elitez Group is seeking a highly analytical Finance Operations Analyst to support our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Cloud Programme financial tracking, ensuring seamless data alignment between our Cloud Management Platform (CMP) and Workday systems.
You will work closely with Finance Business Partners (FBP) and project teams to translate complex cloud consumption data into actionable insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile financial data between Cloud Management Platform (CMP) and Workday.
- Perform deep-dive cost analysis for cloud infrastructure and report discrepancies to project stakeholders.
- Support Finance Business Partners (FBP) in monthly budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Track and document cloud-related operational expenditures (OpEx) for project transparency.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and performance metrics for the Cloud Programme.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and billing cycles.
- Maintain data integrity across all internal financial tracking tools and databases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance operations, data analysis, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Workday or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial project stakeholders.
- Experience working in a contract-based or project-driven environment is an added advantage.
