Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for cloud infrastructure and data integrity? Elitez Group is currently seeking a skilled Finance Operations Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our Cloud Programme, ensuring financial accuracy and process efficiency.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between CMP (Cloud Management Platform) data and our enterprise Workday system. By performing rigorous financial analysis, you will empower our Finance Business Partners (FBP) and project teams to make data-driven decisions that optimize our cloud expenditure. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile data flows between Cloud Management Platforms (CMP) and Workday.
- Perform in-depth cost analysis of cloud resources to identify variances and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners (FBP) to provide accurate financial insights and reporting.
- Support project teams with budget forecasting, tracking, and operational financial management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and standard operating procedures for the Cloud Programme.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data mapping between disparate financial and technical systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reviews and executive dashboards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in finance operations or financial analysis.
- Proven expertise in data reconciliation and system integration (e.g., Workday or similar ERP systems).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for identifying trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Experience working within cloud-based project environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for non-finance stakeholders.
