Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and process day-to-day financial transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support the finance operations team in tracking budgets, expenses, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and adherence to compliance standards.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and project-based assignments as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivable, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to a contract role and hit the ground running.
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new operational systems.
