We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented Freelance Finance Operations Assistant based in Malaysia to manage our daily financial records and support our growing financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate daily financial records and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
- Process and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and vendor management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local Malaysian financial regulations and company policies.
- Organize and file financial documentation and digital records.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance operations, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor.
- Valid work authorization to work in Malaysia.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
