Tanggung Jawab
- Support day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Manage cross-border transactions between Singapore and Malaysia
- Reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare monthly financial reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits
- Monitor compliance with regional financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of cross-border financial operations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
