Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for the leadership team.
- Manage compliance and regulatory filings (IRAS, ACRA, GST), maintaining meticulous records and deadlines.
- Administer the full payroll cycle, including processing, CPF contributions, and maintaining employee compensation records.
- Optimize operational workflows by managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and office administration.
- Provide direct administrative and project support to the General Manager, including reporting and strategic coordination.
- Develop and maintain internal control policies to streamline operations and mitigate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Singapore Citizen (as per job requirement).
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline; Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is a plus but not required.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in a related finance or operations role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a small collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is highly advantageous.
