The Atelier & Co Holdings Pte Ltd, a premier name in luxury retail and events, is seeking a talented Finance & Operations Associate to join our core team. As we expand our portfolio of luxury brands and high-profile events, we need a dedicated professional to manage the financial and operational backbone of our business.
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly closing, and management reporting. You will also support operational activities such as event budgeting, vendor coordination, and retail inventory management. Your insights and efficiency will directly influence our strategic decisions and operational excellence.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in accounting (degree or diploma) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel, and have a knack for problem-solving. Experience in luxury retail or events is a definite advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis
- Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Coordinate event financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Support retail operations with inventory management, supplier payments, and expense tracking
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks as needed
- Provide administrative and operational support for events and retail projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in luxury retail or events industry is highly preferred
