Join E M Services Pte Ltd as a Finance Operations Auditor and play a pivotal role in safeguarding financial integrity for town council operations. This critical position requires you to meticulously examine financial records, processes, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will conduct comprehensive audits to identify discrepancies, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements to financial governance frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, transactions, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial reporting, internal controls, and operational procedures
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
- Monitor adherence to financial regulations, policies, and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with finance teams to implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management frameworks and financial systems
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting public sector finance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CIA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance auditing or quality assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
- Expertise in audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control evaluation
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly
