- Coordinate daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Design, implement, and monitor workflow automation for financial processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Prepare financial reports and operational dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with IT to optimize ERP system functionality for finance workflows
- Conduct periodic process audits and recommend efficiency improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations or workflow management
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and local tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
