Fujifilm Business Innovation is seeking a dynamic Finance Operations Excellence Manager to lead our financial shared service center (SSC) operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive process standardization, optimize ERP systems, and spearhead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
You will act as a strategic partner to the finance leadership team, ensuring that financial processes are streamlined, automated, and compliant with global standards. By leveraging data analytics and process mapping, you will identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions that reduce costs and increase accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure seamless financial processing.
- Drive the standardization of financial processes and policies across regional business units.
- Lead ERP optimization projects, including system upgrades and automation implementation.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to execute digital transformation strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, SOX, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for finance support services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Controllership.
- Proven track record of managing SSC operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with experience in configuration and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
